Fruit Cake
Mix in large bowl:
3 c pecan halves
1 1/2 c raisins
1 c mar cherries (jar)
3/4 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
Mix and dredge in flour.
Beat 3 eggs and 1 t vanilla. Pour over ingredients. Mix with hands. Put
into greased and lined pan.
Bake 1 3/4 hours at 300 (small loaf 1 1/2 hour)
Drizzle 1 T of brandy over top before wrapping in foil. Store in
refrigerator.
