Looking for an awesome lo-cal/lo-fat easter dessert recipe? 1) Buy one box of angel food cake (add water and bake) 2) Follow bundt pan baking instructions 3) Cool 4) Remove from pan and slice in half horizontally 5) Open one can of fruit cocktail and pour juice over lower half of cake 6) Take lite cool whip and spread over the lower half 7) Spread 1/2 of the can of fruit on that lower half and sprinkle with chopped pecans 8) Spread another layer of lite cool whip on that lower half 9) Take top half of cake and place it back on lower half 10)Spread with remaining tub of lite cool whip 11)Sprinkle remaining pecans on top 12)Garnish outside circle with rest of fruit 13)Let sit in fridge about 30 min and serve chilled!
