Fresh Salsa


You’ll Need:

  • 4 cups chopped, peeled fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 small green pepper chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • The juice of one lime
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:


In bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Let stand for about 2 hours. Serve at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator.
